摘要
随着中国的科技创新水平的发展和中国对技术创新的重视，中国的技术创新水平在不断的提高。中国对港澳台、新兴市场国家、传统发达国家的投资对中国的技术创新发展的影响是本文研究重点，通过地区差异视角下中国OFDI对技术创新影响的实证研究能够为中国的技术创新发展提供有效的政策建议。
本文通过定量分析法对地区差异视角下中国OFDI对技术创新影响进行实证研究，首先通过中国对港澳台地区的投资现状、中国对传统发达国家的投资现状、中国对新兴市场国家的投资现状、中国的技术创新发展现状、中国的宏观经济发展现状五个部分对中国对不同地区直接投资及技术创新现状分析；然后通过指标选取、数据的描述性统计、基于MRW模型建立模型、平稳性分析、协整性分析、相关性分析、回归分析六个部分对地区差异视角下中国OFDI对技术创新影响进行实证研究；最后基于实证分析的结果提出控制对港澳台地区的投资力度，做到精准技术投资、加强对传统发达国家的投资力度，提高投资的技术覆盖面、提高国民整体收入，优化科研创新的环境、通过有效政策刺激产业升级，提升第三产业发展势头的政策建议，希望本文的政策建议能够给中国的技术创新的发展提供借鉴作用。

Abstract
With the development of China's level of scientific and technological innovation and the importance China attaches to technological innovation, China's level of technological innovation continues to increase. The impact of Chinese investment in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, emerging market countries, and traditional developed countries on the development of China's technological innovation is the focus of this article. Empirical research on the impact of China's OFDI on technological innovation from the perspective of regional differences can provide effective technology innovation development in China Policy recommendations.
This article uses quantitative analysis to conduct an empirical study of the impact of China's OFDI on technological innovation from the perspective of regional differences. First, the current state of China's investment in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the current state of China's investment in traditional developed countries, the current state of China's investment in emerging market countries, China Five parts of China ’s current status of technological innovation development and China ’s macroeconomic development status analysis of China ’s direct investment in different regions and current status of technological innovation; then through index selection, data descriptive statistics, model based on MRW model, stability analysis, coordination The six parts of integrity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis conduct empirical research on the impact of China's OFDI on technological innovation from the perspective of regional differences. Finally, based on the results of the empirical analysis, it proposes to control the intensity of investment in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions, to achieve precise technology investment, Increase the investment in traditional developed countries, increase the technical coverage of investment, increase the overall national income, improve the environment for scientific research and innovation, stimulate industrial upgrading through policies, and promote the development of the tertiary industry. We hope that the policy recommendations in this article can give China of the development of innovative technique to provide reference.
